Improving Organizational Performance

  Tasha Lester Consulting, Inc.

Tasha created an amazing training for our art consultants.
She was able to quickly grasp what we wanted to accomplish and had some great ideas on how to achieve our goals. She has a wide variety of implementation scenarios in her background that she could draw information from. The training that she put together with not a lot of preparation time was very well received. Another thing, she created our website and company logo. I now consider her part of our extended team.

Tasha created program policies & procedures, designed training for my staff, and developed an employee self-study policy guide. We were in need of her expertise to ensure we met all state and local regulations in order to pass NAEYC accreditation. Tasha is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and professional. She understood our needs and as a result we obtained accreditation.  We could not have done it without her.

Our restaurant was in need of Tasha's expertise to assist us with scheduling issues, insubordination and poor job execution. She conducted a needs assessment to fix performance problems and implemented a training just for my staff. With Tasha's guidance realistic action plans were communicated to all employees. I am proud to say that performance has never been better, turnover is extremely low, and lines of communication between employees is much better. We keep in contact with her to analyze and evaluate our progress in addressing performance issues. I recommend Tasha to help maintain a well-functioning operation.

Tasha created curriculum for our school along with a professional development program for our teachers. She provided coaching and support to empower teachers as leaders and facilitated discussions on continuous improvement in classroom instruction by demonstrating the alignment of instruction with curriculum standards. We look forward to working with Tasha again.

Tasha created an excellent training for my staff. It was well tailored and specific to our needs. We learned some important principles of e-Learning and already see how we can apply them in our work.

The training Tasha delivered was enjoyable, introducing some very robust EEO procedures and processes. Our fire department had nearly impossible deadlines to meet due to scheduling and she consistently delivered impeccable, high quality training on time. It exceeded my expectations.
