Tasha Lester possesses a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development. She has 7+ years of business, Human Resources, and frontline management experience. Tasha works directly with senior management, HR personnel, and employees to analyze organizational issues and assist with the applications of problem solving solutions. Her focus remains on catering to the needs and goals of organizations and strategically integrating those goals into daily business operations.
